Check the mix against the packet
Confirm that you used the correct water and dish-soap quantities for the actual pouch. If you are unsure, prepare a fresh batch by the instructions instead of guessing how to repair the old one.
Check the string and container
Untangle the loop and soak it fully. Dirt, dry patches, or residue from another product can interfere with an even film. Use clean equipment and follow the equipment care instructions.
Slow your movement
Lift the sticks together, open gently, and keep the film facing a light breeze. Jerking the handles apart or walking quickly can break the film before it stretches.
Change the conditions
Move out of gusts, find shade, and try again. If a correctly prepared batch still will not work, contact BubbleStix with the pouch instructions you followed and a short description of the conditions.
